Whilst treated in HASU everything was fine, however due to having an infection I was transferred to an isolated room and forgotten about. The level of care was unsatisfactory from the entire team, failure after failure. Furthermore Rude, hostile and sarcastic staff, who didn't care how the patient or family felt.
