"Catalogue of poor communication"

About: Weston General Hospital

Over the past 6 weeks I have had investigative procedures and x Rays.

After each event I have waited weeks for results and finally had to phone for results, often not being able to talk to anyone as they close depts at 4pm. I am promised letters about the results and none arrive! Appointment which I waited 6 weeks for was cancelled without any explanation and made for another 6 weeks later. There is no thought for the anxiety and stress that patients go through when they are waiting for results.

I complained to their complaints dept and have yet ( 2 weeks on) to have any response. The Director is unavailable for me to contact - are they so important!
