I live nearby and due to my health problems I have been to St Mary's a number of times. This review is specific to A&E and I can't comment on other departments but, when I say it is akin to a tent hospital in a third-world country I am serious. The staff are rude and doctors don't know what is going on. I have been misdiagnosis and the CEO ignores letters while the medical records department abuse law and do not disclose medical records. The trick used is upon receiving the application they do not give you payment info so you can't pay and therefore hinders you. Customer services ignore these concerns.
