We are very sorry to hear your comments about the unavailability of your medical records at your recent hospital appointment and the challenges you have faced when trying to contact the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital to rectify this. Availability of medical records is of upmost importance to the hospital and a number of projects are underway to improve the current availability of medical records to ensure they are available for every clinic appointment. Without your patient details it is difficult to comment on the reason you have not yet received an appointment. Please contact the Clerical Activity Team on 0161 276 5533 who can inform you of when your appointment is due and provide some information regarding any delays.
