"Rude receptionist"

Very rude receptionist.. I have come in with difficulties breathing! And been seen by the nurse and I have been put as priority and the waiting time stated 2 hours & still waiting looks like am here for another few hours with breathing difficulties whilst others patients don't look like they are suffering as much or dying coughing like myself I Definetly will be putting a complaint against this to the clinic manager
