About: Fairfield General Hospital

Very good attention from a particular member of staff and prompt to see me for appointment

My only problem has been the waiting time to get this appointment you get a phone number

Secret password and booking number to be told the diary for physio is not available yet

I did not get a return phone call so phoned again and was given an appointment over 6 weeks late from the date of applying as I was in pain and desperate for this treatment it is more than a long time to wait

The attention given and the treatment I have no complaint but the wait for appointments for physio etc is dreadful considering we are in pain.
