Unbelievable company. I contacted Benenden in February 2015 and told them I was on a waiting list for an operation.
I even told them the name of the procedure I needed. I specifically asked before joining could they get this operation done faster.
I received a reply from an adviser who stated that I would have to wait a period of 6 months before I could make a claim.
On the basis of the information given to them and the replies received by myself I joined Beneden and waited 6 months.
September 2015 arrives and I contact them to get my operation arranged. Guess what? Email received stating they are unable to assist me.
Luckily I kept all emails from them and have made a complaint to the company.
