"lost my blood results"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I visited A and E on sunday 20/9/15 after being told I needed urgent blood test due to a possible exposure to a virus and being pregnant. The staff were kind but my blood was lost so I wasted 4 hours in A and E and then had to have repeat bloods plus extended my worry and anxiety. I am very disappointed by the fact that this hospital has lost my records/blood. I would not return to this hospital if there was any alternative available as I have no confidence in them.
