"Thank you is not enough"

About: Royal Albert Edward Infirmary

The service of everyone we dealt with, from A&E, reception, cleaners through to senior nurses and doctors/specialists was superb.

We were kept informed throughout, involved in discussions and updated as necessary.

The nursing staff dealt with my dad in a dignified manner throughout, from his admission until the very end, with his welfare and the family at the heart of everything they did.

I cannot praise the team in Ince ward high enough and only hope that everone going through difficult and delicate situations is lucky enough to deal with this team.

It is important that the staff are able to support patients, relatives and carers and ensure that anxiety is kept at a minimum and your comments have confirmed that this is something that they do well. I will ensure that your posting is shared with all staff concerned.
