Saw a doctor and their HCA 23 Sept.15.30

Seen on time,very friendly,put at ease in what was for me a stressful situation wondering what the outcome might be.

Received excellent treatment,good communication and 2 way discussion and clearly understood my condition and what further treatment is needed.
