"Long waiting times"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

I am the Manager of a local Residential Home and have telephoned Audiology at the Kent and Canterbury several times on behalf of a resident. I am very dissatisfied that not once has the phone been answered or any message left been returned. This resident is very hard of hearing and relies on her aid to be able to communicate with others. The referral was made on the 26th March 2015, so contrary to the average waiting time of 44 days, we are upto and including, 181 days and still counting.....

We haven't visited the hospital yet, but i had to put a date for my review.
