I visited the urgent care this morning because of a very bad night struggling to breathe. The receptionist was lovely and read out my details so I didn't have to talk. I was then passed to a triage nurse who was lovely caring and full of empathy. I was seen by the Doctor and then sent to xray. The traige nurse looked after me even getting my tablets so I did not have to walk up for them. Thank you , I was feeling really frightened and you made it bearable. Your kindness touched my heart.
