Had appointment at ENT department Mon 21 Sep. Seen on time, very professional and came away with an answer to my problem.
Tue 22 Sep X-ray and A&E. X-ray note from GP. Seen straight away, 5 minute wait in A&E, seen by doctor, shown X-ray and all explained.
All staff very courteous and efficient. Total time from parking car to leaving one hour. Absolutely delighted.
