"Inadequate! I don't think so!"

I find it hard to understand that this hospital is inadequate! I accompanied a member of family to A and E yesterday and as soon as she entered the hospital, she received first class care. She was attended to quickly and professionally . She was treated with utmost care at all times, by all staff, from porters to nurses and doctors. They all listened to her concerns and dealt with them accordingly. We were kept informed at all times and they could not do enough for us. Special thanks to you all and they may be in special measures, but this did not reflect in the care and dedication of your staff. I would always feel in safe hands if I was unfortunate enough to need their help. Also thanks to first responder and ambulance crew from Peterborough for their swiftness and keeping us all calm at a very distressing time. Happy to say she is feeling much better and hopefully on the mend with their continuing care. Had a similar experience in April with my nephew after a nasty RTA. Fabulous!
