"First bad experience"

I've never had a problem with lister before but after being there this evening with terrible stomach pains, I was sent home with the same pain relief I already had at home and with a cannula in my arm. Apparently, after having a blood test they decided I have a cyst which nothing can be done about. On the plus side, the team were lovely and the waiting time wasn't too long.

It sounds like aspects of your experience need to be followed up - whilst clinically the treatment provided may or may not have been right, it would seem that the element lacking was clear communication about what was happening and why.
We also need to understand about the cannula.
