"Waiting nearly 7 months for EEG results."

I have been waiting nearly 7 months for my EEG results. I leave messages but no one gets back to me. I had a big seizure during the actual test and it was filmed. Also the EEG technician pointed out , " all these are seizures". I need my results as I have had other seizures. Will someone get more staff for this dept? It's not fair to leave this dept so understaffed, if this is the problem ......unfair to the staff and the patients.
