"Amazing patient care"

Through my time in this hospital - from initial appointments, pre op assessments, ward time, anaesthetic, and surgery - every member of staff has been friendly, reassuring,efficient and go above and beyond to make your time as comfortable as possible.

My procedure was not a very dignified one for a 30year old to undergo, especially when I have had no previous health concerns, but at no point did I feel uncomfortable -even if the procedure its self was.

Every member of staff encountered did their upmost to make me comfortable and explained everything clearly. I was offered food and drinks regularly and I never had to ask for any help or assistance as they were always on hand.

As this was my first time under anesthetic I was anxcious, but the staff were able to explain clearly the sensations I would feel at each stage which was very reassuring.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone and if I have to have any procedures in the future I would definitely return to this hospital if given the choice.
