"Follow up review to my Ankle Surgery review"

About: Royal Sussex County Hospital

After excellent treatment from Ambulance staff, A&E, surgeons, doctors, nurses and physios for a dislocated ankle and fractured fibula I am recovering very well.

After 3 weeks of very light use, minimal weight bearing, my Support Boot decided to shed part of its sole.

I phoned ward 8 A East who put me straight through to one of ,the physios, an appointment was made immediately and within 24 hours at a time to suit me I was equipped with a brand new Boot. I was in the hospital for less than 15 minutes and looked after by a member of staff who was efficient and charming.

Well done to the staff members and RSCH, what excellent service, Thank you.

Dear Mr Chantry

Thank you so much for posting such a positive review of your experience with our Orthopaedic Department.

I will be sure to forward it the team so that they can share your kind words with the staff involved.
