"Waiting list phone just ringing!"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

My mother had cataract removal in February 2015, after her initial follow up appointment, she was referred to the eye hospital for laser treatment, the specialist said the laser treatment would be 2-3 months, taking her to June at the latest. It's now Mid September and still waiting! Call the waiting list phone either direct or via the 875875 number and the line rings till it disconnects. Been trying for almost 2 days, it is completely unacceptable!
