I had an outpatients appointment at 2.15 at the dermatology dept and, because of circumstances, phoned to say that I may be late. The reception told me not to worry.

I arrived about 10 minutes late but was called in to see the doctor immediately.

On the way to the hospital I had lost my purse and was a bit upset as I wouldn't be able to get home without any money.

The doctor I saw immediately sorted out some change they had and their assistant also contributed enough for me to get home on the bus. I really couldn't have had more concern if I had gone privately.
