I had a number of issues that needed help during my stay and they were addressed with care and concern. I was treated with respect and dignity.
I don't like the cost of the TV service as it runs out on time rather than what you have used. This became very expensive.

Thank you for the feedback I will share with Senior Sister, I will also share the feedback about cost of the entertainment system with Hospedia who provide this service.
