Answering telephones
Anything else?
I have been trying to ring the telephone number given to my elderly mum regarding an appointment for the past three days(!!). Noone answers and the telephone rings out. I have spent the best part of 4 hours doing this so far. I had also rung the switchboard to try to get through. On the occasions that they answered, I was put through to a number which again was unanswered.
