I am writing to personally thank the District Nursing Team for their help recently in covering the Travatan eye drop application daily. This enabled me to take a week's holiday. Otherwise it would have been a massive worry to me and it is doubtful if I would have been abel to take this break without the backing of the District Nurses. I normally cover all Dad's day to day needs where I can.

The lady I spoke to in the first instance was Debbie, who could not have been more helpful and understanding. I have also spoken to Katrina today through another issue concerning Dad's care and once again thoroughly helpful and courteous.

Thankyou so much for your words of kindness to the District Nursing team. I will ensure that this is passed onto the team. I am pleased you were able to take a well earned rest, as Carer's are the backbone of supporting people in the community.
