Waited over 3 hours for our appointment then told they cannot find our notes! Needed hearing test and then told would need hearing aid and would be referred. 1 month later no appointment so went there today no referral made and still cannot find notes. Nobody cares and have to wait at least 6 weeks for next appointment. This department is an absolute disgrace!
