What I liked

Been very impressed with the women's outpatient gynaecology clinic in the Warrell Unit.. Had some problems getting an appointment (high demand, low availability) but very impressed with the staff. They talked to me as an equal, we had a bit of a joke and I felt really at ease. In the same appointment I was given treatment options and came out feeling really happy, even though the diagnosis wasn't the one I wanted! It was like what customer service always should be.

What could be improved

The building is a bit shabby but even so the patient toilet and changing rooms should have been less grubby (not very tidy, surfaces a bit tacky, build up of dust on pipework). Just needed a really good clean and dust (I should know, I used to be a cleaner!).

Treatment rooms were much cleaner.
