Communication between doctors, nurses and patients.

I went to A&E with chest pains and although it turned out not to be serious, I was very annoyed at being fobbed off and dismissed by the triage nurse and the consulting doctor I saw. I fully understand they are on a tight schedule, but a little more haste and less speed would have been appreciated. I waited 45mins to be triaged, and 2.5hrs to see the doctor. They dismissed my symptoms, and after being told it "was all in my head" I was sent home.
