What could be improved

Toilets were not as clean as I would have liked.

Anything else?

I was in for two days. On the 2nd day the mid day meal I ordered was not available when they were delivered. Then there was only one meal left for two people so I volunteered to let the other Gentleman have the meal and I to have a sandwich instead. The previous day I had my breakfast at home then just a sandwich at night after I came up from casualty, so I was a touch hungry.

Do the people who make the meals not count how many meals there should be?

X patients, X-1 meals it doesn't add up...
