I had to attend for breast screening recently at Dolphin House. Although the letter said about steps to the caravan being steep, it did not say the Handrail on the right hand side was not secure. Already having bego back ien diagnosed with cancer in another part of my body, this visit although necessary, was more traumatic that it needed tobe. I have never felt so patronised in my life. I do not want to be placated by "well done, well done" by someone younger than my grandaughter, nor do i expect to be made to feel difficult by the operatives of the scanner machine. I hope my results are clear, as I will definitely not n go back if they show something up. An uncomfortable experience made even worse through thoughtlessness. The caravan is too small for their to be any confidence that what you are discussing is not heard by other patients. Needs sorting out.
