What I liked

Myself and my mother have been trying to contact the 2761245 number as recommended on the MRI/NHS website in order to obtain the visiting times for the ward in which my elderly aunt is receiving care. Since 10am this morning we've both being trying (I've made 5 attempts, my mother approx the same). No answer on the number - are there not enough staff to answer the phone or is it simply being ignored?? This poor service lets done an otherwise excellent hospital.

What could be improved

Answering the phone would be a start.
