"My brief use of Springfield Hospital Services."

Recently I have had to be treated as an out patient at Springfield Hospital and was met there by courtesy and understanding at all times. My consultant/surgeon and their team in the operating theatre were very efficient and understanding and made feel at ease throughout the procedure. But it was the nursing staff and others from receptionist to the pharmacists that made my brief visits more than comfortable.

Starting with my pre assessment where 2 hours of questions and answers could have been dull and boring was in fact the opposite and in each case I ended up laughing with the respective member of staff! I was completely put at ease.

Following my visit to the operating theatre two days later I was particularly impressed by the before and after care by the nursing staff. This hospital is certainly recommended by me.
