I was admitted for elective surgery and found the staff to be professional and caring throughout, from the surgeons all the way to the ward, and porters.
Food was good, and pleasantly served.
One issue which I raised at the time was that I was on a quiet ward, and there was no TV, radio, or bedside phone available, as the units were all out of order, and this meant that the only thing available as a diversion was to read.
