I was seen very quickly, triage nurse was helpful, efficient and they listened carefully.
I did not even have time to read one 'real life story' in the magazine in the waiting room.
The person who took care of me in the end (presumably a doctor) was sweet and reassuring and again, listened carefully before making an assessment. They were also very understanding of how tired I have been as I am in my 13th week of pregnancy!
I was extra impressed at their chirpiness whilst working a night shift.
Overall, excellent service, clean hospital, swift, knowledgable staff, peaceful atmosphere.
Thanks
"A nice visit to the Minor Injuries Unit"
