I visited the Colonoscopy Unit this morning at 8.30 and would like to express my admiration for the quality of attention I received.
I was admitted promptly and the nurse who prepared me did so kindly, reassuringly and very professionally. I am glad to be able to say the same of the two nurses who assisted during this potentially distressing procedure; they were all excellent!
The doctor who performed the colonoscopy took time to do a very thorough investigation and was communicative and friendly, as well as being as physically gentle as was practicably possible. I felt throughout that I was in very good hands indeed with this team.
