"Phlebotomy."

About: Broomfield Hospital

Attended the phlebotomy department for a blood test. Was seen very quickly and hospital was extremely clean. However, the person doing the blood test didn't even acknowledge me as a patient. Went in, not even a 'hello', ''how are you'' or an introduction, a smile or anything! Although I am ok with blood tests, if you are a nervous patient, seeing someone with that kind of attitude will make you even more nervous. Not impressed at all!
