"Congratulation Conquest Hospital on my..."

I want to congratulate the Consultant at ENT for their high professional standards. Not only was I seen on time, but I believe I could not have received better treatment had paid to receive it at a private hospital.

Well done.

The Consultant, who had a Nurse Practitioner sitting in on the consultation, made me feel at ease from the beginning to the end of the appointment. I was able to ask any questions I wanted. They carried out a camera investigative procedure to look down my throat, which I was very nervous about, but need not have been as it all went very smoothly.

So overall my experience was excellent. Could not fault it in any way.
