"Very Satisfied Emergency Treatment"

Yesterday morning I tripped over my computer lead and fell heavily against a door frame causing a 4cm gash to my forehead.

My kind neighbours came to the rescue and following a trip to a local Minor Injuries unit,

I was referred to Billericay ward at Broomfield.

I was very impressed with the service I received and how quickly and efficienty I was treated.

Getting into the car to go home I realised my knee was swollen & painful and as I have knee replacements I went to A&E for advice.

I was quickly sent for an Xray which confirmed that apart from bruising, all was well.

We hear so many moans and groans about hospitals that I just had to write to say how pleased I was with the wonderful treatment I received.
