"Mbu how staff deal with patients"

The mbu staff talk to you like your thick. They practically look after people's babies for them, they hardly support the mums to encourage bonding with there child, they Dont give you no breathing speqce always breathing down necks. On the doors it says knock and wait response they knock and walk in at the same time. they tell you to go to bed when it should be our own choice. When you complain about a health issue and they do your basic observations even when things ain't exactly in the normal range they still tell you it's normal. Out of about 30 staff in this place in my opinion only 3 of them are good to talk to. Also they say going on grounds for walks with babies is good for them but they never have the time to do it with you. They say you can't leave the unit unless with staff when you do need to go out there never avaliable to take you anywhere. This place in my opinion is a load of rubbish. I'm here as a voluntary patient and still full restrictions are put on me this place is disgusting I could say a hell of a lot more.
