About: Newham General Hospital

hi I came two times with my wife, and many people also came but nobody don't know who do speak about the assessment beacause no one in the reception. pregnancy's are coming for about checking heart rate of their baby's but something not supervise on this place.

for screening check also not communicating properly with mums and reception staff are not confident with appointments times and I have seen the maternity notes are not checking properly by doctors and staff, beacause I have the proof.

it's not a mistake.

it's not my complaint but please make supervise the place.

We are very sorry to read of your wife’s and your experience during your visit for the scan of your baby. The reception desk to the Unit should be manned at all times so that patients are greeted and booked in efficiently. We are sorry that this did not happen when you visited.

Your feedback is very important to us and have sent this over to the maternity team so that they are able to make improvements to our service where possible.
