"Knee arthroscopy"

I was very happy with my treatment at the hospital on the day of the procedure. All staff were courteous and treated me as a person. The surgeon and anaethetist both visited me on the ward prior to the procedure introducing themselves. On being taken to theater, staff were also freindly and put me at ease. On return to the ward I was well looked after until ready to return home. I feel all the staff acted very professionally, but also with great kindness. I do not hesitate in giving full marks. Thanks to all involved in my treatment.
