As a highly anxious nervous patient I found the Breast Unit staff to be very friendly and warm. I was greeted with smiles throughout. The member of staff that attended to my breast cyst also handled my needle anxiety extremely well and I left the hospital feeling very well cared for. I also feel the surgeon who saw me afterwards was attentive and I never felt too rushed. Thank you to everyone who helped me today.
