"Excellent care on Polkerris Ward"

I visited your ward last week with my 9 year old daughter, who was struggling to breathe.

The care and attention she received in the 7 hours we were there was amazing.

All the staff were very attentive and interacted with her directly, as well as me as a parent.

She thoroughly enjoyed her stay and particularly her lovely meal brought by someone who was very kind and helpful.

She said it was more exciting than going to school!

The care received from the staff was lovely.

I felt all the staff had time for us and were very informative and answered all our questions.
