About: Cumberland Centre

(as the patient),

I was welcomed with a smile and a friendly conversation by the receptionist at the contraceptive clinic at the cumberland centre.

I was seen straight away by the nurse who was also friendly & profesional. She took my medical history swiftly and performed the implant removal & the inserting of a new one. I was given advice & relevant paperwork. I was in there for 20 mins. I'm extremely happy with this service and impressed how proficiently it was dealt with.
