"Spinal Physio Unit Employee - Rude and Abrupt"

About: Teignmouth Hospital

Attended for spinal assessment.

Treated very abruptly; exhibited impatience and lack of empathy bordering on rudeness.

Surprised and upset by such treatment by member of staff.
