What I liked
the helpfulness of the receptionists at the reception on poplar grove entrance. they were very helpfull. nothing was to much for them,
What could be improved
the only thing that could of been better is the area they have to work it does not give a good impression of the hospital as it is in a little corridor, i have noticed it is now being moved back to the original place.
