"no one answers the telephone"

i was sent a voice mail by receptionist with no number to call back on.

on return home i called 7 times on three numbers i found on the internet, only one was answered and i was told to try one of the others previously tried.

i held on over 5mins each time but could not get through so gave up. emailed a reply but there was no pre selected heading to click for my email so i used comments/suggestion.

thank goodness my call was not of an urgent nature.
