What could be improved
The A&E Doctor at the time was aprupt and rude. I was mis diagnosed as my comments were ignored. He failed to xray my very painful shoulder which had a fractured neck of humerus (diagnosed at another hospital). He xrayed my knee saying it was a fractured patella - there was no fracture.
