"The team were so understanding"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

Had cataract surgery in August this year. To say that I was terrified is an understatement, but the team were so understanding and that helped so much. I can't believe the difference the surgery has made, it's amazing. Thanks everyone.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear EARuby,

I think I would be scared too but it is great that you have had such a fabulous outcome. I will pass this to the team to thank them, Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about this and I am sure the team will be delighted.

Take care,

Eunice
