"I – a 20 year old male – was given ..."

About: Warrington Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I – a 20 year old male – was given satisfactory care, and two hospital staff gave me attention while I was waiting in a room, and made sure that someone was coming to see me.

What could be improved

Shockingly, an elderly woman was crying for help for at least about an hour, and no hospital staff were giving her any attention or help. Her continuous moans of "help", "is anybody there?", "can somebody help me?", and so on... went ignored by any of the hospital staff. She had a curtain around her hospital bed, and seemed extremely distressed. She was still crying for help when I left.

Anything else?

I'd like the issue I have mentioned here to be looked into. If I am ever an elderly man in hospital I would hope that I would be given the proper care I needed, and not left helpless like this poor lady.
