About: Hull Royal Infirmary

I suffered an injury and was admitted to your Hospital on Wednesday 2 September 2015.

The recovery and the nurse’s covering my treatment, before and after my procedure provided me with excellent care.

I would like to express my gratitude to all the team who looked after me during my stay, the nurses, theater team and specialist doctors were first class, extremely professional, friendly and reassuring.

I want to say a great big thank you to all the staff on Ward 9 who look after me making my hospital stay a nice experience, especially the nurses, in fact I have nothing but praise for everyone.

I know it is always good to receive positive feedback when you are carrying out a difficult and challenging role.
