I received excellent care and attention from all the staff at the Vanguard Theatre BHH.

Everyone was very kind and considerate. They helped me through an examination that was uncomfortable but necessary. I was treated with respect and sensitivity.

The staff are very efficient and caring right from reception to treatment and after care.

Top marks to these people also. You are a fabulous team and worked together so well.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent treatment in the Vanguard Theatre at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital. I am pleased to read that you found the staff there were kind, considerate and helpful throughout the procedure and that you felt you were dealt with efficiently but with dignity.
